What is psychoanalytic therapy?
Psychoanalytic therapy is an in-depth approach to understanding yourself, your relationships, and longstanding emotional patterns. Meeting 2-3 times per week allows for deeper exploration and more substantial and lasting change in areas such as self-esteem, relationships, sexuality, and mood.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy helps uncover how past experiences and unconscious patterns continue to influence your relationships, emotions, and daily life. Through consistent therapy sessions, we explore the roots of recurring struggles and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, allowing for greater clarity, flexibility, and meaningful change.
Psychoanalytic therapy is not for everyone. If you are interested in this method of therapy, please contact me to learn more and to move forward.
Please note that I do not accept insurance for psychoanalytic treatment as sessions take place 2-3 times per week. If you have questions about payment, reach out to discuss in your free consultation.
